Summer Plaza Resort, Panchgani

My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While the villas were absolutely beautiful, clean, and welcoming, I did encounter several issues with the service and management that dampened the experience. The food was generally tasty, which was a plus, but it can be frustrating when you have to wait too long for certain items. Overall, it feels like it has potential but needs some improvements to be a truly top-notch destination.

This resort offers a nostalgic and enjoyable stay with spacious villas ideal for large groups. The indoor pool and gym facilities are fantastic, and the vegetarian dining is surprisingly delicious. However, some aspects like room size and hot water supply could use improvement. The service experience varied greatly during my stay.
